One helpful update can change a day.

Reviews with a purpose

Describe your own visit and when it happened. Useful details include cleanliness, available supplies, accessibility and entry requirements. Observations describe that visit, not a guarantee for future visitors.

Photos without private moments

Photograph facilities only when the area is empty. Do not upload people, children, personal documents, payment details or private access information.

Corrections and reports

Submit a missing spot, correct a listing or report a problem in the app. A submitted item has its own status; submission is not automatic publication, dispatch or a cleaning reservation.

A community taking shape

We are building the first verified experiences. This website does not display invented customer quotes or ratings. Real testimonials will appear only after verification and consent.

Reviewed before everyone can see it

Reviews and photos wait for review. Text checks consider English, Spanish and common attempts to disguise offensive language. Images receive private automated safety checks followed by a team decision. These checks can make mistakes; they do not guarantee detection of every harmful image or phrase.

Use the content status in the app to see if an item needs changes or to request another review. Keep descriptions factual and respectful. A cleanliness report is separate from a report about offensive content.
