How to request deletion of your Pee Spot account and associated data.
From the mobile app
Open Profile → Privacy, choose the account deletion action, verify your current password and review the confirmation. The app shows a server receipt and progress. Do not simply uninstall: uninstalling does not request server deletion.
If you cannot access the app
Email peespot2026@gmail.com from the address associated with the account, with the subject “Pee Spot account deletion”. State that you want your account and associated data deleted. Never include your password or an authentication code. Ownership must be verified before processing. This email route is handled by the team; it is not an instant automated deletion.
What the current process removes
The server deactivates the account, withdraws its public content and removes uploaded media and associated personal records before deleting the authentication account. It retries incomplete work. Published place facts may remain without the account identifier.
Limits and retained copies
Copies you exported elsewhere, provider logs and existing backups are separate from live account deletion. Their final production retention policy is still under review. See the privacy draft for current engineering behavior.
