About Pee Spot

Effective November 1, 2026. Pee Spot is operated by Ricardo Flores Sierra, an individual. Pee Spot is the public brand of the service. These terms cover the Pee Spot app and website. Contact peespot2026@gmail.com for account, subscription or service questions. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information.

This release is intended for adults aged 18 and over. Family-restroom information is for adult caregivers. By using Pee Spot, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the service.

Free discovery and the current test release

FIND NOW, basic restroom discovery and basic directions remain available without a paid membership. Selected account features require sign-in. Pee Spot is still being tested; some features may be unavailable or interrupted.

Public Premium purchases are not enabled in the current private test release. Authorized Google Play license testers may see sandbox offers. A test transaction or test entitlement is not a paid public subscription. The website does not take subscription payments.

Check conditions before you go

Hours, entry rules, prices, accessibility, cleanliness and availability may be incomplete or out of date. A listed place may require a purchase, payment, staff permission, a key or a code. A listing does not grant access to private property. Ask staff when information is unclear and follow the venue rules.

Building entrances, floors and indoor directions are shown only when available in our records. Do not assume that a map pin identifies the correct floor or an accessible entrance. Dog-break and pet-relief listings have their own leash, access and cleanup rules. A dog-friendly place is not automatically a designated relief area.

Navigation and safe use

Pee Spot is not an emergency service. Routes and arrival times are estimates and may change with traffic, GPS accuracy, closures, access conditions or walking pace. Follow signs, traffic laws and actual conditions. Do not interact with your phone while driving. Pee Spot does not guarantee entry, an available toilet, a particular condition or a safe route.

Choosing Google Maps starts a new route request with the stop and any onward destination you provide. Pee Spot cannot read or silently modify a route already active in another app. Saved place cards do not include downloaded Google map tiles or guaranteed offline navigation.

Your account

Use an account you are authorized to access and keep its sign-in details private. Google sign-in authenticates through Google; Pee Spot does not ask for your Google password. Different email addresses or identity providers can create separate Pee Spot accounts. Signing in does not automatically grant Premium or business permissions.

Contact support if you cannot access your account or believe it is being misused. Never send passwords, verification codes, full payment-card details or private restroom access codes to support.

Community content and moderation

Submit truthful observations and content you have the right to share. Do not submit sexual or explicit images, harassment, threats, hateful content, private personal information or photographs of other restroom visitors. Do not falsify reviews or attempt to bypass moderation or access controls.

Contributions and selected photos may be screened, withheld, rejected or removed. Submitted photos are not published automatically; publication requires human review. Automated checks can make mistakes. Use the content-status and appeal tools or contact support to request review. Reporting content does not by itself prove a violation.

You retain ownership of your contributions. By submitting them, you permit Pee Spot to process, moderate and display approved contributions as needed to provide the service, subject to the privacy and deletion processes. Business authority is verified separately and does not remove entry conditions.

Optional Premium subscriptions

When public purchases become available, the initial US offer is US$3.99 per month or US$29.99 per year. Eligible new Google Play subscribers who have never had a subscription in Pee Spot may choose a 3-day free trial of the monthly plan when Google Play offers it. There is no subscription charge during those 3 days. Unless you cancel in Google Play before the trial ends, the monthly subscription automatically starts charging US$3.99 per month and renews monthly until canceled. Google Play determines eligibility and shows the applicable localized price, currency, billing period, trial end/first-charge date and taxes before you confirm. The annual plan has no free trial and charges its full annual amount, not monthly installments. Existing subscriptions and their paid periods are unchanged. Premium is optional. Starting a trial requires confirmation in Google Play; merely opening Pee Spot or signing in does not start it.

Only the benefits and usage limits stated in the offer before checkout are included. Planned features are not promised as available benefits. Preview access does not guarantee free access after a feature launches commercially.

Spot assistance and travel tools

Spot helps interpret a request, find catalog places and offer directions inside Pee Spot or a Google Maps handoff. Review the request, result and access conditions before acting. AI output can be incomplete or wrong and does not verify a location, floor, access code, opening time or cleanliness.

Talk & find submits one completed spoken search when recognition finishes. Start voice chat begins a visible conversation session: after Spot finishes its reply, recognition starts again for your next turn. You can interrupt or end the session. Silence, an error, leaving the voice window, or locking the phone stops the conversation. A session also ends after five minutes or twenty turns. Typed requests remain available. Optional Floating Spot on Android opens a small Pee Spot voice window over your current screen instead of reopening the main map. Microphone use starts only after you tap a voice control in that visible window. The shortcut itself never listens, reads other apps, captures the screen or tracks location. English, Spanish, Portuguese and French are selectable, subject to installed device speech services. Public listing notes may retain their source language. Google Maps or the full Pee Spot map opens only when you choose navigation or another full-app action.

The complimentary tester AI pilot has ended. Ask Spot and Premium trip features require an active subscription verified by Google Play, including an eligible monthly free trial confirmed in Google Play. Signing in, being a tester or opening the Premium page does not grant access or start a subscription. Current AI availability is limited to five requests per account per day and a shared service-wide cap of twenty requests per day; availability is not guaranteed. Free search and basic directions remain available without Premium. Public paid sales remain disabled pending completed store testing, capacity and clearly disclosed paid usage limits.

Renewal, cancellation and refunds

Google Play processes Android subscription payments. A subscription renews for the same billing period unless you cancel renewal in Google Play. In Pee Spot, choose Membership, then Manage or cancel subscription. Use the Google account that made the purchase and complete the confirmation in Google Play. Opening that link alone does not cancel anything.

Cancellation normally leaves access through the already paid period. A refund or revocation can change access. Refund eligibility follows the store process and applicable law. Uninstalling Pee Spot does not cancel a subscription. Free restroom discovery and basic routes do not require a subscription.

Account deletion and restoring purchases

Deleting your Pee Spot account does not cancel a Google Play subscription or issue a refund. Cancel renewal in Google Play first if you want to avoid future charges. Account deletion removes that Pee Spot account and its Premium access, under the deletion and retention process in our Privacy Policy.

Restore purchases verifies an existing store purchase for its linked Pee Spot account. Use both the store account that purchased it and the linked Pee Spot account. A newly created account or different login is not automatically the same account. Contact peespot2026@gmail.com before deleting an account associated with a purchase if you need help preserving access.

Optional cleaning introductions

Cleaning requests and quotes are optional introductions between enrolled businesses and providers. Selecting a quote opens a private follow-up; it does not book work, charge a card, guarantee availability or certify a provider’s insurance, licensing or work quality. The parties must independently agree scope, timing, price and any applicable requirements.

Do not include private access codes, visitor identities, sensitive photos or payment information in these enquiries. Availability expires and participants may opt out or block further contact. The service is not an emergency dispatch system.

Support and changes

For a service or billing concern, contact peespot2026@gmail.com with a description and the affected app version. Do not include passwords or financial documents. You can also use the applicable Google Play subscription or refund process. These terms do not remove consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

We may update the service and these terms. Material subscription changes will be disclosed through the applicable store or service notices before they take effect, with consent where required. We do not promise unreleased features, uninterrupted availability or an unlimited AI service.
